History

The owners of Hostal Posada del Angel decided that offering the services of a restaurant was a necessary addition to this successful hotel and, in 2009, Mangiare Bene opened its doors. The aim of the restaurant was simple: to offer delicious food and excellent, personalized service.

Offering Italian cuisine was a natural step as the owner’s grandparents were of Italian origin. The restaurant’s recipes are all original and the pasta dishes are all manually homemade on the premises. Ingredients are of the highest quality and no expense is spared. Chef Christian Rodriguez has many years experience making these exquisite homemade dishes.

The restaurant offers more than 60 options from which to choose from, of which 80% are pasta dishes and 20% are a variety of other types of meals.

Mangiare Bene restaurant is located inside Hostal Posada del Angel, on the crossroads of Simon Bolivar and Estevez de Toral streets.
